I've been eating dairy free since my son was 6 weeks old because of his dairy allergy, he's almost ten months now and he ate corn about a week and a half ago and he had runny diapers for a couple of days and still has a stuffy (not runny) nose, and puffy eyes with dark circles under them, so I'm pretty sure he's allergic to corn. He's still nursing frequently and I think he's still showing allergy symptoms because he's getting it through my milk. It seems like corn is in everything! Does anyone have any dairy free AND corn free dinner ideas?

Theres always spaghetti, or a mild Indian curry, or just meats like a pot roast or baked chicken. Umm Chinese dishes tend to be low on corn and dairy. Also soups since you can decide what goes in them!
