Road Trip Week

While we are all mostly stuck at home, what an amazing time to day dream.

I think I would like to go to back in time and roam like the dinosaurs because they are my favourite animals and the Tyrannosaurus-Rex is my favourite dinosaur . 🦖 

My roadtrip is going to be traveling from my hometown to (🤔) ah Oregon, Idaho (just a little lol), Wyoming then to Colorado, the Four Corners and Arizona then back to home :) I think that would be fun cause you could see amazing scenery and wild horses and other animals plus learn history!

Moonprism, we did almost that exact road trip last summer! We went straight to Idaho to check out places to move to, then to Wyoming where we spent a few days at Grand Teton. Then through GT to Yellowstone (which is where I would def roadtrip back too! I've missed it every day since we've left. Despite the crowds of people and the traffic, it was still an absolutely gorgeous place to be and my not-so-inner science nerd was just exploding with all the geothermal phenomena. AND THE WILDLIFE, Yellowstone is single-handedly responsible for the fact that Bison are now my favorite animal). From Yellowstone, we went up to Montana, back down to Devil's Tower, then to South Dakota to see Mount Rushmore. Then our car broke down and we spent an extra day there and saw Badlands. Then on our way home, we drove through Colorado, New Mexico, and spent a relaxing cool-down weekend at our vacation home in Arizona :D

Will update later with pics for that roadtrip cuz honestly I would just love to do that again, maybe at a different time of year (like September, when tourist season has died down and wildlife is out in abundance, according to my backpacking mom).

Grand Teton Moose (there was a calf with her, but it was hidden in the bushes)
Yellowstone Bison (honestly... I have a billion pics of bison. But I like this one)
Badlands Bighorn (bro was just strolling along the road, stopping traffic. Oldest/most handsome ram we saw)

I would LOVE to go to Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota to see the wild horses! Bring my camera...go for hikes to find them...

Although I can't drive there, I would love to fly to Scotland and then drive around the Isle of Skye!  That would absolutely be my next trip when we can travel internationally. :)

I would like to take a road trip to Alaska, especially during the fall time of year to see all of the fall colors and nature.  I hear it's beautiful year round though!

Hm... if I could go anywhere...

... It'd have to be to California, Sacramento to see my friends. Perhaps to go to the local anime convention there (Sac anime) which I haven't been to in a couple of years. It's been quite a while since I've actually seen them. Of course driving the oregon coast isn't something to miss out on either. It's a beautiful drive. Since I went last, my computer has fallen, so I don't have any of my original pics. It's easily a week long trip, and worth every second.

I would love to go back to Greenville, South Carolina to visit with my niece (my best friend's daughter). I missed her 1st birthday with the beginning of Covid and now might miss our summer trip because of the rising cases down there.
