Heyy! I'm Alle, one of HP's newest noobs. I've been doing graphic design for roughly 5 years while I was playing HL, and I've always always loved the art community. 

So, in leiu of just recently starting new on here, I'd like to introduce my art by asking for critiques:

This is my second manip I've done since 2018, before HL even closed down so please be gentle with your opinions. The splash is obviously ehhhh but I am the worst at peicing together stock so I just took it upon myself to hand draw itand well... was not one of my wiser ideas but I was too committed to go back, lol.  

I am currently closed for orders, but always message me if you're really  wanting to order something and I'll see if we can work something out;)

I'm no help at critiquing as I've always liked your work, a lot! But I think this isn't such a bad place to start from, especially since you haven't done anything since 2018. Maybe someone else can give you more distinct pointers, but I think it is great, overall. Your hair still looks great even after your hiatus. Look at graphics like riding a bike, you always know the mechanics, you just have to get in the swing of things again. 

Just wanted to put my two-sense of encouragement out there for you. xD

I honestly think the graphic you have is easily on the high end of quality for what you typically see around here. The hand painted details are done very well, actually. The hair is spot on, you've got good composition and a good match between the view of the background and angle and lighting etc. of the subject.

I agree with everyone else! Your splash is wayyyy better than my splashes!!

omigosh, gorgeous!!! I don't MAKE graphics, like some of these other peeps replying here xD, but you can bet I'd be bidding up anything like that if it was in the auctions!! Fabulous!! :D

This is very very gorgeous and very well done :D I recently battled with stock images over a splash and in the end have hidden it from view in my layout/animal image because it just turned out horrendous lmao. Your hand-painted splash turned out 300% better than I could have achieved if I bothered to try xD

Haha, well thank you! My splash is definetely is defying a few laws of physics but it's mostly there xD
