Physical books and ebooks!  I almost exclusively read ebooks anymore though just because I can read a wider range of books (and I can start the next book immediately after!)

1: All of the book series by Wilbur Smith. Each follows different families and there's one set in ancient Egypt.

3:  Just finished 'Brigands M.C.' by Robert Muchamore. It's part of his 'CHERUB' series.

4: Physical, but I have a few audio. I have listened to a fair few audios on YouTube.

5: I have several hundred, I think. Yet I still manage to look at my books and come to the conclusion I've nothing to read.
