Is there a way to make the note section on the horse pages viewable by other players? Also, how do I change my layout or do I need to be upgraded?

If you look under the animal info (but above the trophy case) you will see "To keep our calendar on track by compensating for Earth's imperfect orbit of the Sun."

I'm very confused. So basic accounts can't do layouts or they have to contact someone to get whitelisted after two weeks? And how did you get the text there because I don't see an option for stylesheet credits?

You do have to be upgraded for the animal stylesheet option.

It would be really cool if we could choose for the notes to be public or private. Or if there were two separate places we could use for animal pages for that purpose.

Yeah animal stylesheets are an upgrade perk. I forgot that fact last night, sorry.
