Are you new to HP in the past 2 weeks? Are you a basic? Can't edit your page because the boxes aren't there?

If your account is less than 2 weeks old, you will not be able to add/edit a layour or post a graphics auction until your account passes the 14 day (2 week) mark.

If your account is more than 2 weeks old and is a basic, you will need to MESSAGE BLITZ to get whitelisted to have access to editing your page and posting graphic auctions.

This does not affect upgraded players with accounts older than 2 weeks!
