2021 Sign-UpsPlease respond below to be officially signed up for the mascot contest! If you post your entry elsewhere it will not be counted in this year’s contest. If you need to change anything about your animal or add/remove team members, just edit your post here. Please do not create another post with updates, this is to help minimize thread flooding and any confusion. Thanks! You can edit your post until the last day to sign up which is February 27th. The only exception being is to add your Store Animal’s ID#, in which case you must update that by the end of the day on February 28th. Please send your entrance fees to The Humane Alliance (#666), with ‘Mascot Entry’ in the subject line, on or before February 27th in order to be eligible to enter. Fees are not refundable after Mascot Training begins! Entrance fee per animal for Tickets/Shows Categories: $115 mill HPD Entrance fee per animal for No Tickest/Shows Categories: $35 mill HPD We need at least Three contestants in each category for the contest to run. If for some reason there are not enough entries all entrance fees will be refunded. Sign-Up Form: Player Name (if in a team, please list all team members): Account ID# (the one you're using to train): Category (horse tickets/shows, dog tickets/shows, horse no tickets/no shows, dog no tickets/no shows): Lined Animal or Store Animal: Animal ID# (come back and edit this once your animal is born or bought): If lined animal, please accurately state born with points and any additional points earned from animal awards here: You can enter as many of the categories as you would like! Only one animal per individual/team per category. You need to make a separate post below here for every mascot entry that you plan to compete with. Do not combine all your entries into one post!    |
