Hey guys! I don't know if this is a possibility or if someone has already mentioned it, but a lot of games have the option of buying currency in the game at the store. I rely on upgrades for getting HPD, but the market is always up and down...from 400 mil down to 100 mil...so I was thinking it might be a really good idea to have the ability to buy HPD in the store at a set rate so there is always a way for people to earn HPD when the economy is flat. 

I can tell you sam most likely won't go for this due to the fact that she has worked for about 6 months, at least, to take money out of the game.

I think the value of HPD would decrease dramatically if this was made an option. 

While I realize it's nice for people to make money, it won't happen on HP, at least not for a long while.

Since the economy is so inflated, adding money to it would make HPD worth less and all of the prices would go up. We've been working for quite awhile to bring money out of the economy and get things to deflate, which is why you see the fluctuations in upgrade prices. As we pull money out, there is less in circulation meaning that the money that is in circulation has more buying power, and therefore prices are dropping.

Long story short, it would do more harm than good to the game as a whole. And converting upgrades into HPD by selling in auctions, and soon being able to do the same for credits is the best way to "buy" HPD. Even if we sold it in the store, we would sell it for a similar conversion rate.

What Sam said.. plus EARNING money in the game is what makes it half as fun as it is now.. without a challenge the game would just be "mehh". 

The other half of the fun is how many points you can get on your animals! Which is why I'm a little hehh about the Cash Store and what's available in it.. but as long as there are limitations to what can be done and how many times it can be done, then I guess it's fine. Like as I said, as long as it doesn't take the challenge out of the game. Otherwise I think HP will just turn into a "Who Has the Most RL Money?"
