In September of last year, I decided to start a project to honor both my dog and his previous owner.  Sadly, due to circumstance in real life, such as school and work, I was not able to fully commit the time to the project and had to sadly sell off my little project puppy.  However, now after some consideration, I've decided to start the project up again!  I've bought a pup from Con and plan to put all of my resources into getting him 'up there in points'.  For those of you who didn't hear about the previous project, here is Roman's story.  

"I'd just like to announce this, to both promote my project and bring awareness to simple kindness'. About two years ago my family and I moved a few towns over to a lovely house in the country. Across the street was an old house where an elderly man lived. He stayed indoors most often but would come out every now and then to let his German shepherd outside. I wandered over to his house one day to introduce myself. What was just supposed to be an introduction turned into a three hour event. I stayed there and talked with Mr. Deangalio, all the while I sat and played with his dog, who I found out was named Roman. Mr. Deangalio told me that he had two older children who hadn't come to visit him in nearly 10 years, and Roman was really his only 'family' of sorts (which I thought was cute). After meeting him and his dog, I went over there nearly twice a week, bringing treats for Roman and pies and cakes for Mr. Deangalio. That winter, Mr. Deangalio slipped on his steps and badly hurt his hip. He was hospitalized for several days and his family was notified. His family later decided that he was unfit to take care of himself and sent him off to a nursing home. Before he went into the home, he brought Roman over to my house and informed me that I was the only one he trusted to properly take care of his beloved dog. I went and visited Mr. Deangalio nearly every week at the nursing home until he passed nearly a year ago. Roman is now nearly seven years old. So in honor of both Mr. Deangalio and his beloved dog, I've started project Roman. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated :) but discounted ticket/show prices, or trades would also be amazingly helpful. I'm willing to trade any of my services for shows and tickets. Services include training, coding, layouts, graphics, voting..anything really! If you have tickets or shows please let me know. And if nothing else, go out and do something for someone else, you really never know how one small act of kindness can impact someone's life. "

That was the exerpt from the last time that I started the project here on HP, but the information remains the same.  Roman is now eight years old, and still doing very well.  

 I remember this project, and I am soo proud that my puppy is being put to good use. :) I'd love to purchase one of the backups from you and to try to help you in anyway possible.
