Hey everyone! I'm not sure if I've introduced myself before but its been quite awhile so I will introduce myself again.

My name is Marissa. I'm 27 and I live in Ohio. I've been on HP for nearly 10 years off and on. I'm fairly shy so I've just kind of hid in the background. I have a 22 year old Paint Horse named Blue in real life who is my world. I've had him for over 11 years. He has navicular syndrome so he is now retired. Before his retirement we did eventing, dressage, and show jumping together. I did have a 12 year old Paint mare who I purchased after Blue's retirement but unfortunately she passed away due to colic. As of now, I am on a long hiatus from riding but hopefully starting back lessons soon. I was taking lessons in Lexington, KY at a wonderful eventing farm. I miss it so much!

Other than my horse, I have 3 dogs, a cat, and a bearded dragon. I am a stay at home animal mom now but I am a former veterinary assistant. I'm recently engaged to a wonderful man and we've been together for the last 4 1/2 years. In my spare time I am a gamer/streamer (Call of Duty) and an aspiring makeup artist.
