The Amur leopard :( very endangered but so cute. I have a deep love for all species of leopards. 

As for a creature I'm pretty sure is now extinct (just read an article about it a few months ago) - I was really sad to learn the Spix's macaw was extinct! :( It was so pretty.

Oh! I didnt even think of mammoths! Makes me think of Ice Age! Love that movie! Did you know Raymond from Everybody Loves Raymond is the voice of the mammoth?!

on a more serious note, i think i read somewhere where new studies showed that they went extinct due to being hunted for food shortly after the last ice age 

My endangered species is the Okapi. They have always been one of my favorites to go visit at the zoo and learn about through animal planet. They are such curious and unique creatures . I feel like if I were an animal I could be one of these actually lol

Bees. 
Climate change, environmental change, pesticides etc. are all contributing to the gradual extinction of probably the most important insect on earth.

An animal I'd love to have seen would be the triceratops (as well as long-necked dinos and stegos). Always thought they look awesome and are possibly my faves.

 Endangered Species,  Burrowing Owls I just love the expressions on their faces and the Sea Otter their just too cute for words, 

Calif Grizzly has been extinct for a generation.

Red pandas. They're so cute and fluffy (they're really not, but they look it) are endangered and it makes me so sad! 

I wish the sabre-toothed tiger wasn't extinct. They're super cool.

The Florida panther is a very endangered big cat.

In the 1970's it was estimated there were only 20 panthers remaining in the wild, but now the latest estimation from 2017 is 230. They have introduced cougars from Texas into their population to help with inbreeding and the result has led to their babies' survival rates to be 3x higher than before.

Giant Panda! Conservation efforts have helped but they're still technically endangered. The floof bois would rather eat than reproduce and honestly, that's precious and needs to be protected lmao.

A critter I wish wasn't extinct is the Tylosaurus because.. I want to live in a world with a 50 foot aquatic carnivor cruising North American seas < 3 < 3
