The Anti Diet

Okay, so if you're like me, you're bad at sticking to diets and exercise plans that are strict or never let you eat anything good.

I'm currently trying to lose 20 or 30 pounds. I used to be a vegetarian and when I started eating meat again I gained about 10 pounds, and then over the summer I got mono and wasn't allowed to exercise or really do anything at all so I gained another 20. And now I'm going to get it off!

I found this and it's a wonderful plan that I am doing my best to stick to! For anyone trying to lose weight or just be healthier in general I think it's a good plan!

Since the birth of my first child I have been working on reaching my goal weight. I gained 27 lbs of baby and lost it all when he was born, but then it just returned within a couple of weeks. I guess my body had gotten used to carrying that much weight around. However I have now lost 20lbs simply from this diet. I have never actually read it before, but I started taking all three meals in smaller portions and having two snacks of something healthy like fruit or celery and peanut butter during the rest of the day. I feel great, although I have a bit more to go! Just curious about your progress so far, is this one working for you?

It is :). It's slow progress though, I've been moving a lot which means fast food and not being able to eat at regular times. But I've been trying to keep on a healthy diet so that I don't gain weight and slowly use it. Im hoping to get some time after this month to be able to exercise also!

Life catches up with you sometimes. At least you are doing the best you currently can. At least weight that generally comes off slow, stays off!
