Favorite way to stay hydrated...
I wouldn't say it's a favorite, since I hate drinking just plain water, but I force myself to carry a waterbottle around with me. Sometimes if I have fruit around I'll cut a small slice or two and stick it in the bottle which helps with flavor.

To stay hydrated I have a water bottle with the time written on it, so I know when I need to drink x amount of water by!

My favorite way to stay hydrated is to use something called LiquidIV. It's a powder you add to your water to make 16oz hydrate you the same way 48oz would. Tangerine is currently my favorite flavor.

I really dont stray hydrated enough because i hate bottled water, its like the worse ever. Now I will drink water from a water hose no probably or even just use the faucet its self. But I love fresh water from a spring, that I can drink all day long!

I have finally found some water I really like and that is the Life Water. I find if I just sit and have my bottle with me, I drink a lot more. Plus I really like the taste as it is very smooth (best way I can describe it :P)

Fave way to stay hydrated: I have a bottle with ml up the side so I can keep noteo f how much I actually drink and it has gotten me drinking more than when I didn't have it.   I also have blackcurrent diluting juice as I'm not a fan of just water.

I hate plain water so I probably don't drink enough. My husband loves it. He says it's so refreshing and has lots of flavor cause you can taste all the minerals from the earth. I don't get it. I don't think it tastes like anything. I'm always making my own lemonade with water and a little lemon juice or individual flavor packets you mix into one bottle of water (I recently discovered they sell Gatorade ones). I love gatorade!

2: I mainly drink plain, cold tap water. In work, I use my Marvel re-usable bottle. I fill it with tap water, set it in one of our freezers for a little bit, then consume as needed. When it's empty, I start again. Working on tills, I get thirsty pretty quickly.

And, I love to stay hydrated by making fresh fruit frozen pops. I've made watermelon, cucumber, and pineapple so far.
