I'm not sure the best place to post this or if it's allowed within site rules so please lmk! If I were wanting to pay cash monies to have a website created (something simplistic for GoDaddy or WordPress) could I hold a contest here? If allowed, would anyone be interested? :)

To answer your question, trading services within HP for Real Money outside from the buying/selling of upgrades/HPB is not allowed on HP.
If we catch things being sold through messages for RLD both parties will be dealt with pending our warning system and rules about handling such situations. This excludes the upgrades & HPB.
