If we find a lineart that is free-to-use, and we are allowed to use it on sim games, can we color it and use it for our horses? I was trying to change the horse images of horses I have on here, but I couldn't find any for the ones I have.

You can use it, but it still needs to be credited. For example. I still credited the line art by jnferrigno on DeviantArt.
