So I just found out that in November, I am going to Sisal, Yucatan!

My BIL and SIL are getting married there (she is from Merida herself) and we are all going to go and be there with them during their big day.  I only get to go for like 5 days - but I am psyched!  

I haven't been able to vacation for 2 years.  The funny thing is - our last vacation was to Cancun!  And it will be two years and a week apart!

Any suggestions?  Anyone been to Sisal?

We did the Chichén-Itzá tour, it was AMAZING. We stayed in the tulum part of Mexico, not too far from cancan.

We did it as a part of our excursion, also included was abseiling and being lowered down into an underwater cave where we swam for a bit.

We have mexico booked for next year for my 30th so I'm excited.

I just remembered this. My husband says he's never been and doesn't really know a lot about that place. He said "that is where the Mayan's pyramids are" though... haha. :D
