Quick easy single meals

The title says it all. 

I only need to cook/make food for myself. I struggle with cooking anything that takes a lot of time or effort, particularly if I have to sit and stir it. Therefore I make a lot of use out of my air fryer, oven or microwave. I don't really use my stove at all. I am looking at finding new minimum fuss/prep meals I can make in small quantities rather than huge portions (because it goes to waste if there's more than one left over container lol).

These are the basic meals I like and cook/make on a semi regular basis... or at least when I have the energy:

Spaghetti Bolognese 
Chicken mince with rice (various flavoured canned sauces lol)
Various stirfry's 
Various tacos
Air fried food like chicken n chips, pork belly, sausages and/or veggies

I like pretty much anything with rice/pasta/noodles and pork or chicken, or beef mince. I am also a salad fan more than a veggie fan lol.

Any and all ideas are welcome :)
