Can't Buy Tickets

According to my main page I can buy tickets again. I go to the store, buy horse tickets fine, but when I try to buy dog tickets I get an error that says "You have already bought tickets in the past month." I had already sold all of my dog tickets previously, so that is not part of the issue.

I'm receiving the same error message too when I try to buy dog tickets and july's set was definitely used right after being bought. |

It let me buy horse tickets but not dog tickets. :( |
