250 Million Layout Contest

I've got this amazing layout by the lovely Utakata just the other day and it REALLY needs a one of a kind design to go with it! It needs to look rather snazzy! I mean it's GORGEOUS! *stares* I will say, I am more partial to tabbed and expandable type layouts, but will consider other designs so long as they look clean. I mean who knows. . . depending on how you code, I could go for a scroll or two... but please include an update box. :) Get creative. If I like the design a lot, I'll probably wind up bumping the cash prize up.
