Has anyone been dealing with Photoshop crashing since their recent update, or am I just unlucky?  Haven't been able to finish a recent order, crashes as soon as I open the file.  I have tried restarting photoshop and my computer and still no luck.  I sent a crash report, but I'm not sure if they reply by email or I just have to continue to sit and wait for a fix.

This is probably wildly unhelpful, but nope, my PS has been pretty reliable since the update. It did a wonky thing on startup, where it kept saying it couldn't find user preferences and was defaulting, and then all my recent projects had been booted from the lobby screen lol. But once it got up and running, it hasn't had any issues. To be fair, I've only opened a couple heavy duty projects since the update.

I read somewhere to go into the Adobe Cloud and use the previous version if the updated one isn't working.  So far the previous version has been my life saver, but still can't use the newest one.  I did send "reports" but never really gotten anything back from there.

i also haven't had any issues. can you maybe try contacting adobe and see if they might have any solutions for you?

I'm going to try that next, but I see my photoshop has an update available, so I'm hoping that is what's going to fix the situation *fingers crossed*
