ISO - digital manip painting

So.... I am looking for a digitaly painted manip of my personal horse Cooper and well I am not quite sure who'd be up for the job but it would mean alot to me if someone would be intrested in doing such a thing for me.
Please message me if you're intrested in doing this, I will send photos of Cooper in the message as well so please ask me for those and anything else you may need. Also, please let me know what you'd charge for something like this!
