I have the Cricut Maker and I have the Silhouette Cameo 4. I rarely use my Maker. The software for the Silhouette is just so superior to the software to the Cricut and a lot easier to learn / use. I recommend grabbing the software of both if you can (you used to be able to, but it was a few years back when I did my research before I had my my Cameo 3) and seeing which one you vibe well with because everyone is different. |

Which one does the custom stickers?Β Someone told me to look into a circut but I got lost on their website, and couldn't figure out which one does stickers. |

So I've heard that a ton of Cricut users are switching to Silhouette because Cricut is moving to an obscene subscription model where you have to pay a gross amount of money monthly in order to use your own damn machine (by submitting your stuff to their program which then goes to the Cricut). Everybody I follow on TikTok raves about their Silhouette and complains about Cricut lol |

I have a cricut. I love using mine! List of things I have made/created with the Cricut Explore Air 2: Tshirts/Jackets/Onesies/Pant Designs Stickers/Decals *for vehicles and random other objects like coffee mugs) Paper Silhouettes/Paper Flowers Outlines for Coloring Stencils Cake Toppers Β The list goes on. Yes, you can purchase a subscription for Cricut, but I don't have it. Luckily for me, I have the adobe collection, so I can use photoshop and Illustrator to create the vectors and other files I need for my designs. :D |
