Boarding Location Question

Hello!
I decided to post this in the help section first to see if maybe I'm making a mistake, but I'm also tempted to put it in the "Bugs" section.
Anyways, I've attempted to change the boarding location for animals on all of my accounts, and at first it shows that the change was successful and everything is as it should be...until I go to pay the board fee.
After I click on "Pay Board Fee" the page will reload and it will say it was successful, but if I scroll down to the bottom of the page where the boarding section is, the boarding barn name has disappeared and the board fee is always set at $0 (not matter what the board fee was originally). I tried clicking "Pay Board" multiple times and refreshing the page but the same results are there.
So now several of my animals are behind on feeding, and it's all the ones that don't have a boarding location listed. On a few animals there IS a boarding location listed and they ARE being fed...but what's weird is I've tried switching the non-fed animals to the barns that are feeding and the same problem will occur and the new animals will not be fed. Part of me thinks they are boarding in limbo somewhere haha!
This only recently started; a couple of weeks ago they were all normal and then I logged in one day and the problem started and it's been that way ever since, no matter what barn/kennel I try to put them in.
Am I doing something wrong? Or might this actually be a bug?
Thanks for any help!

No idea what's going on, so i've referred this to the admins! If you like you can board your animals with me :) I don't charge a fee and I will bulk feed them for you. |

Shaenne, thank you! I'm going to send four dogs over now, two from this account and two from my other account. Hopefully this way we can see if they are actually moved to your location or if they are still in limbo!
Thanks again!

Thank you so much! Now I just need to get my horses figured out haha. It looks like the same thing is happening to them now. Maybe it's just my account? But at least the dogs are no longer in limbo. xD

I was boarding from dogs from a side account on my main the other day and I noticed that it switched to Board Fee: $0 after paying it once, however the dogs still boarded where I wanted them to and my payments went through. What does it say for the number of days paid? If that number goes up, it should still be going through correctly.. However yes this does appear to be some sort of glitch. The stable/kennel name and the boarding fee should not be disappearing. If you need a stable, you can try and board at mine and see if it works? The number is 812 :) |

The number of days paid goes up each time I click, but I'm not always sure it shows up on the owner of the kennel/stable's page. I've got a few horses that still need to be stabled; I'll see if I can send them to your stable, uni. :) Thanks a bunch guys!
*Edit* I just sent three of my horses over (all the Lycan ones) to your stable uni and the glitch didn't happen! I paid for a few weeks each and it didn't reset the board fee to $0 or change the stable name. Maybe it's fixed? Or maybe it's just a problem with the dogs now... |

It may be just with dogs.. When I did it, it was with my dogs as well.. however when I checked the kennel on the account I was boarding at, the payments all seemed to have gone through.. but like I said, it does need to be fixed so that it doesn't display weird things :p |
