I apologize if this has been suggested before, I searched but didn't see it-- Could we possibly add an automated message to send to a player when tickets are requested? Similar to how when tickets are accepted?   |

Ooohh I like this idea, but not sure how tricky it would be to have added in, and completely not in my wheelhouse! xD    |
