Thought I'd finally post pictures of my heeshes,

First is Candy, she's a 24 year old retired racehorse. Sweetest thing, still as lively as ever. She was shot in a couple years ago by some drunk/high neighbors, and it was safest to just leave the bullet there, so that's why she has that divit in her side, the bullet is lodged near her hips. 

Next is her daughter Cassidy. She's 10, and she was born on Mothers Day so Candy is constantly referred to as "the gift that keeps giving." Cassidy is part Thoroughbred, part paint.

And now Bandit. Full paint, half sister to Cassidy, 11 years old. He is the most stubborn gelding I've come across, but he is brilliant. He can paw on cue, give hugs, smile, walk up a mounting block, and I can do tricks on him. He was the one that had issues with his ears, but I learned that if I squeeze the pressure points at his poll, he is much more willing. He's a great boy.

Finally is Pete. Bugger extraordinaire, he's full mini. He was occasionally shown before I owned him and places high, but he is mostly for my younger siblings now. He's my favorite, he's like a puppy dog.

So thems my heeshes. They're great, though they're a bit dusty I'm getting them in top shape.

Pete is the cutiepatootiestinkhead for sure. I'll be riding around the pasture bridleless on Bandit and Pete will scream and then come full speed so he can trot next to his bud. He's the cutest. 

If you're washing him too, he will go roll and then come back so he gets washed again. He loves baths.

Minis always look like they're up to something. HAHAHA

He really is. The dogs will be standing near the fence during feeding time and he will nip one, and then squeal bloody murder when the dog snaps back at him like he's the innocent baby.

They're all cute, mind you, but Pete wins!

I found a saddle that kinda fit Pete, so of course I stuck it on him. The results were adorable.

Cassidy has developed dapples with the changing weather, she's so pretty

pete looks like a doll! i love horses who are good with kids, mainly because my two would neer be able to do that, haha.
Catt gets dapples with weather changes too. I love bays with dapples. :)

He's great with kids, he was being so sassy because I hopped on him before Vincent so he woylf get in the right mind, silly boy. They're all good with kids, thank God. 

I love her newfound dapples, she's such a pretty lady. The cold front also brought horses who have amazing coats, I just want to cuddle them forever!

soooo cutteee

I go over to the neighbor's with Bandit tonight and start learning how to run barrels. I'll try and take pictures/video, I think Bandit will really enjoy this new activity!
