Well, it happened! I've been looking for about a year now for a young horse to bring along. My current two are 20 and 21, and it was time to think about the next one so that I didn't suddenly find myself without a ride. I grew up on gaited horses- Tennessee Walkers & Missouri Fox Trotters. The Walkers have always held my heart though, and I knew that's where I needed to go back to. I had a certain area I wanted to stay within: under two, filly, show potential, future trail extrodinaire. So; without further delay, here she is! Registered name She Got Busted, barn name Trouble! She has been with me for almost a week and is really proving the center whorl theory to be true. She is very smart and level headed- I can't wait to see how she progresses!

*I'd like to just add, before anyone makes a comment about the Walking horse breed and brings the Big Lick into the conversation- I do not support the use of chemicals or mechanical devices to encourage the Big Lick movement.

Absolutely gorgeous, congrats! She has a gentle, kind face, my favourite!

In the first pic, the way she's turned to look at you, it seems like her nose is pinched in just above the nostrils, but not in the second pic.

I don't think I've ever seen a young horse look round like that, so that's maybe why she looks odd to me.
