hey ya'll, i'm having an absentminded moment - - how many accounts is a player permitted again? (i've been here 12 years according to those ribbons, you think i'd know)

"3. Each player is allowed to have 5 basic accounts (you can have unlimited upgrades)." Also, when an upgraded account expires in upgrade time, it counts as a basic account, so that's something to watch. It's something I have to keep a close eye on, when it comes to renewing upgraded accounts.
