Hello beauties,

Sooo I'm unsure if there is one that exists, as I have searched through accounts and player names etc and found none...

I'm trying to determine if there would be any interest in a HP Writer's Club! As some of you may know, I am nearing the end of my double degree in professional writing and publishing, and creative writing. Often I find that I have no audience to share any of my work with, aside from assessments submitted to a tutor, and my own family, of course. 

I thought it might be a cool idea to have a community on HP where many of you creative souls can share your work? I initially thought that it could be run from an account, but am open to other suggestions.

Any feedback would be appreciated :)

I think this would be a great idea! I've been writing creatively in my free time since I was in middle school, but I haven't written a single thing in almost a year. And damn do I miss it. I would love a space for the writers of HP to share their work and maybe get feedback!

Yay! That would be so great. Nothing inspires me to write more than having fellow writers around me! 

I'm a writer, but most of what I write nowadays is self-indulgent fanfic lmao. I tend not to share it, or I tend to write only synopses for my ideas and never actually sit down to write the idea xD That said, I couldn't let a writer's group here on HP pass me by if one was created! 

It would be fun to host little online write-ins/word sprints, or throw up daily/weekly prompts, or have a character corner where we just gush about whatever precious brain child we've just created ^^

Yes! I love all of those ideas, especially the weekly prompt one!

I love this too.  Creative isn't my niche (my ultimate dream job would be to run and write for my own think tank), but I would love to at least be an audience member :)

Oooh I love the idea of this! Similar to Mako, I've been writing creatively for years, but rarely have time or brain space for it these days and it's so difficult to get going once you've been out of it for a little while. So having a lil club to chat and provide inspiration and feedback (loving all Mango's suggestions) could be neat. :)

I love this idea and just started writing again last week.

I am not a writer, but I would totally support this! 

I'm thrilled to receive so much interest! I will spend today writing down some ideas and seeing how I can make this all come together, so if anyone has any feedback on how this should be set up, I'm all ears!
