My favorite thing to make is Italian Rainbow Cookies, Hot Apple Cider, and sometimes some sugar cookies! 

My favorite thing to eat during the holidays is dressing (no not the same thing as stuffing). My favorite is my Nana's homemade recipe but since I don't know it, and neither does she, I've included one from Pinterest that looks similar.

I remember making them when I was little with my mom, and now I make them with my boys. Bonus points if you use green or red sugar instead, OR festive kisses on top. :D

It's not really Christmassy but it's usually the only time I have it, Reese's pie made from scratch. These last few years my dad and I have made it into a competition to see whose is the crowd favorite (the crowd consisting mostly of my 3 nephews - they're papa biased 92.8365% of the time lol).

Fresh gingerbread men cookies are my favorite Christmas treat! I don't tend to make them much anymore (though honestly I might make an effort to do so again this year now that I have a larger kitchen to bake in!), but I have extremely fond memories of making them with my grandma when I was younger and bringing home some in clear plastic bags to hang on the tree for a snack later on.

My mother-in-law makes candy cane sugar cookies. They don't have a ton of favour but they're so much fun! They're made with the dough separated into portions and each portion is dyed a different color and the two colors are twisted around each other and laid into a candy cane shape for baking.

Or a family friend makes needhams. Christmas is the only time she makes them. Coconut and chocolate...so good!!!!

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares! My grandma and I used to make them all the time for Christmas but since she's no longer with us, I like to make them every Christmas as it's a memory of her and what we did together! :)

I just love making Christmas dinner: roast turkey joints, roasted potatoes, pigs-in-blankets (cocktail sausages wrapped in bacon), peas, carrots, sage and onion stuffing balls, brussels sprouts and turkey gravy. Slice of Black Forest gateau, if there's any room afterwards.

I love anything that deals with peppermint mochas or peppermint hot chocolate or hot chocolate bombs or anything like that. Love Love Love Love!! 

Bonus: every year I melt pepermints in shaped cookie cutters and make "ornaments" to hang in my horses' stalls. And they LOVE it.

I go to my sisters for dinner and we have wine glasses that only come out at chrismas. We have cocktails - anything booze related in the house goes in. It's special because its relaxing fun time with my sister with none of us rushing to go anywhere after.

Sex on the beach is a firm favourite and then it's anything and everything. (That sounds dirty and I didn't mean it to).

My stuffing/dressing is my families favourite and I have to make a HUGE batch because they all want seconds and leftovers!

It includes sauted mushrooms, onion, celery, garlic. My youngest kiddo starts by busting up a loaf of bread into little pieces for me and we leave it out for a few hours to get a little stale. I add to that the saute mixture, yellow raisins and pine nuts, chicken stock and spices. 

MY favourite is my moms chocolate coconut balls (hehe)
It is exactly as it sounds, with rolled oats, cocoa powder, sugar, butter and shredded coconut. No baking necessary! They taste exactly like an almond joy/bounty bar!
