I am looking for someone who can create a manip to be used for a layout image!

I have a specific vision in mind, and would like the image to feature my personal dog. I have lots and lots of images of my own to use as stock.

I do not have a price limit, as this will be a very sentimental piece for me.

I recommend Amberellie (#10). She's done two for me with my personal images and I've loved both of them! She had customs open but not sure if she still does.
