I am recently getting back into HP after a long hiatus. I am starting to make manips again, but have no idea what things go for now. I wanted to make some premades, but wanted some guidance?

Welcome back!! I am by no means a graphic expert (That's Utakata, Ephemira, Amberellie, Dakiti, and many many others..) but I do enjoy giving my 2 cents! 

1. Love that background!! I used it for a manip that I did with a fox and it turned out so cute! 
2. Love that text font for the horses name - super cool! 
3. Your credits are a little off.. might wanna just check this guide here : https://horsephenomena.com/credithelp.php#da
4. Color for the credits is a little distracting.. might I suggest a subdued green and then to make it easier to read you can put a border on the text letters to help make it be legible without being distracting? 

Id say this could easily run around $40 mill ish? I'm not the best at gauging prices when it comes to them. But I think 40ish or so would be fair!

I really like this image, it's well set up and very clean/crisply done. I'd agree with Sat on maybe changing the crediting text, but other than that I don't have any critique really. I'd buy it ;)

Premades are a good way to get a sense of what the market is - that's how I went about figuring out prices for my work when I returned to HP last year. Sometimes not setting an autobuy and just letting people bid to see what the final price gets to can be a good indicator of how much you should be charging. I agree with Sat that I'd say definitely 40-50mill for images like that currently, possibly more depending on the market. Pop a couple up in the auctions, you might be pleasantly surprised!

Is this a little better? I tired the green with a white border, but it blended too much. I think that corner may just be too busy for credits

Ooh I definitely think that's much better! 
That first one is a little difficult to read so potential ideas to fix that : 
1. Just bring that cluster of credits down a little! 
2. Line them horizontally kind of like a border at the bottom!
