Hi yall! 

This isnt specifcally HP related, but it does have to do with graphics. I'm currently making a project for class and my design needs a little "something" - I've been seeing a lot of manips done lately with a "wavy" effect in the manip or mostly the horse itself. It almost appears as a texture but was curious if anyone knows where I can purchase this effect, or complete it within PS! I think it'll be a perfect touch for my class project... which is basically a manip. (lol!)
