Normally I'd charge about 10mill per extra so 15mill 10mill x 3 horns = 45mill 10mill for the ice = 55mill but I can do a one time discount of 15mill so your total will be if you wish to proceed 40mill.

Break Down;

15mill Base + 10mill horn + 10mill horn + 10mill horn + 10mill ice shoulder = 55mill - 15mill (one time discount) = 40mill.
