I am not sure if I am the only one... but it seems that more than half of the messages I send out -- do not get delievered to the entended receiver. I have also had a few people message me, and I have not received their messages... this has happened to me at least three time within the last two days. 

I've even made sure I've cleaned out my inbox.... suggestions?

Is anyone else having this issue? I can literally go through the motions of writing a message, hitting send, and everything looking like it's fine, but when I check outbox -- the message is just gone?

Just making note - I have been doing the 24DOC and sent in the finished Maze to City yesterday. Not sure what time it was, but this morning I looked back and there are no messages that have been sent? o.O I know I sent it. :'( Wwhhyyyy? *sniffles*

I sent Olympia a message containing the links to photos she ordered. I went back and checked and some of the message is gone (speficially the links). I have screenshots. 

I also RESENT the message and it doesn't even show as a "resend" just the one original message.

In order to fully be able to see if there's an error being thrown somewhere, I need you to check immediately every time you send some a message if it goes through. If it doesn't go through, note the exact time and date and what account you were on at the time.

In order to find the error, I'm having to look in a file in the database that has over a million entries and growing every second. This is why I need you to be very specific if it happens again, so I know where to look!

A few other staff members and I have also been checking our messages as they send to make sure they're going through, and have yet to encounter this issue, so I can't really replicate it from my end.

I can tell you though that the message cutting off like that is because you're using the alligator bracket for the heart, which the site thinks you're doing html so it's cutting off everything after that. So don't do that and you won't send half-messages.

Are you by any chance putting those alligator brackets into the subject of your email or something?

Ooppps! Sorry I wasn't super specific. I thought maybe a screenshot would be enough from the incident earlier. It had the date/time already - but II will definitely make better notes when I send a message. I will try and send something to Pheonix tomorrow. I'll also make sure I don't use those brackets anymore. 

It's just very odd. But thank you for looking into this for me. I know going through all those messages must be super frustrating.
