This may already exist and I just dont know but a place on each dog/horse to see tickets you have requested.

Also a way to delete forum posts if no longer needed

1) There was at one point I believe, way back when, in the edit profile page, but it didn't work properly, so it was removed.

2) Only staff are able to do this (possibly just admins? not 100% sure), as if someone went on a trolling binge, they'd be able to delete their posts before being able to get in trouble. Same reason why only staff/admins can delete chat posts.
