Favourite recipes ect. I don't care if its breakfast, lunch or dinner.. or dessert. OMG DESSERT.

My favourites would have to beeeeee:

Chorizo & Greek yogurt fettachiniii pasta. So you basically dice an onion, fry it with garlic (I use jar minced garlic and I'm quite liberal with it) in a wee splash of oil & then dice 2 chorrizo sausages- fry them in zeh fry pan. Add in some rosemary. (I am too lazy to go get actual herbs and I have rosemary growing on my bench) Then mix all that in with some greek yogurt & lemon juice (if i'm feeling fanceh/energetic I add lemon zest too) to make a sauce thing wack in some parmesan cheese and you have a winner. Oh - don't forget to add the pasta that you probably should have put on to boil before step one.. Whole recipe takes less time to make than pasta takes to cook. Its fabulous.

Orrrr Spanish omelette If I have roast tadders left over I dice them into a pan with some chorizo (or ham or any kinda cold omelette friendly item) Pour omelette mix over it (so 2 eggs per person wisked with a spash of milk) add some fresh basil to the eggs. (BASIL AND EGS ARE AMAZING!!) Sprinkle cheese over it and let it cook (I cover the tiny fry pan with a lid) and hten when its done sprinkle more fresh basil & crumble danish feta over it - and prepare for the best brecky ever.

I also make lemonade scones a lot.. huge crowd pleaser and they take about 5 minutes so if you have unexpected guests they are beauttiffulll! http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/8274/lemonade scones with jam and cream But I do use full fat lemonade.. coz I'm a rebel. :)

SO POST SOME RECIPES. Its fine if they're detailed or just an outline like what i've done above (or lazy links!). Just your favourite random things you cook!
And if you have a fanceh food blog I'd love to see that too! :)

Adddiooss & get posting! :)

I love to make roast beef, haha. And GRAVY! Gravy is the best part. Honestly, I love it if it's barbecue, totally homemade, slow cooker, made with packets as the sauce, Dutch oven, whatever - I love it all!

I also make A LOT of tostadas with homemade guac (avocado, one garlic clove per avocado, salt and lemon juice to taste, period.) and beans and chheeeeeeessssseeeeee and roasted garlic (oven 375, cut whole garlic clove in half of just the top off so all of the tops of cloves are exposed, peel off any loose papery skin, then liberally salt and pepper, cover in olive or avocado oil so it doesn't burn, and toss in oven until soft).

I also make quite a lot of roasted brussels sprouts! There's two recipes on my blog which is sizzlingmess.com ;).

And for dessert, cheesecake is my specialty, but good luck getting the recipe for that since I sell them at $30-$35 USD a pop.

Oh! And I also make a lot of baked ziti when I am lazy. So it's half a box of pasta and then a jar of marinara (lazy I said) mixed with mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan. Then you bake it all for about 15 minutes at 375. You can put more mozzarella and Parmesan on top for a sort of crust. This was my lifeline when I first got my wisdom teeth out, haha.

And remember: there is seldom a thing that cannot be improved with roasted garlic!

I love cooking, and baking. Well, mostly baking (BAKING!). Seriously, it might not be my dream job, but if on the off chance I ever got the opportunity to be a baker at a nice little cafe or teahouse or something, I would probably jump on it and never look back.

Anywho, these ones would be my specialties:

Cheese sauce (with pasta, on scrambled eggs, whatever), basically my go-to meal. Two(ish) tablespoons each of butter and flour, heat in a sauce pan until it starts bubbling and turning brown. SLOWLY (very important, otherwise you'll end up with lumps), just a little bit at a time, add a cup(ish) of milk while stirring. Keep stirring until it gets thick, then add whatever cheeses and spices you like (I always add garlic, plus another one or two of: chili powder, roasted red pepper and garlic (Clubhouse), maple bacon (Clubhouse), smoked applewood (Clubhouse), smoked paprika, nutmeg... I experiment a lot with new spices). It's a great way to use up extra cheese.

Oreo Cheesecake Truffles: Crush 3/4 of a package of oreos (don't use pre-crushed ones, they don't have the icing, and you need the icing. Easiest way to crush them is twist them open, take out the icing, then crush the cookies in a plastic bag or between two sheets of waxed paper using a rolling pin. It doesn't take as you'd think), soften a block of cream cheese by leaving it out for a few hours or sticking it in the microwave for a few seconds, stir it all together. Put it in the fridge for an hour or so. Make little balls and roll them in bakers chocolate (unfortunately, that part takes LONGER than you would think), sprikle crushed nuts or chocolate sprinkles or whatever on them, stick them back in the fridge for an hour or so.

I have also been told by multiple people that I make the best chocolate chip cookies ever. I am forced to bring them to the barn Christmas party every year. The trainer who helps out with our more difficult horses ate so many she made herself sick. And then tried to hide the tin when we started getting low. And then offered to pay me if I made them for her on a weekly basis.

I also make chocolate fudge, chocolate chip lava cakes, cream cheese mints, banana bread, and peanut butter cupcakes fairly regularly. I don't know recipes for any of those off by heart though.

But basically if you can give me a recipe, I can make it. Things are going to get dangerous when I (hopefully within the year!) get my own place and have free range to cook what I want when I want. I'll probably end up spoiling all my coworkers with baked goods all the time just so I don't eat everything myself XD

Cheese sauce - add mustard (I loovvee seeded mustard) but its actually amazing. Whenever I come home from a night out on the town I end up making cheese sauce & pasta.. idk why xD I usually make a giant mess but never manage to stuff it up. Its a magical thing! xD

I am defo more of a cooker than a baker.. I can do both - but I enjoy cooking more :) Although I LOVED living in halls because I'd bake something and have a slice and be all meerr its okay and then leave it out on the bench and everyone would be like OMG YOU MADE THAT xD huzzah for housemates who find noodles difficult.

I made salmon last night.. I was lazy and only went shopping an hour before dinner so it didn't get thaaatt much time to marinate. But Salmon fillets just in soy sauce, chilli sauce & Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce) then just fry in a dry frypan.. omg delicious!

Its harder living alone tho coz you lose the motivation if its just you :( I did get VERY good at making amazing one-two serve meals in under 20 mins xD
