The English Cocker Spaniel is a medium sized dog with colours including black, liver, red, and golden in solids. Also, black and tan, and sometimes liver and tan are known, as well as a variety of color mixtures of those solid colors including roans, roans and tans, tricolors, and those solid colors with additional white markings.

This is a dog that loves to play. Their tails are always wagging and have you seen them? Their little bottoms wiggling in delight. 

As a gun dog they are well built for navigating low, thick cover and flush and retrieve birds.  They excel at working in gun range on their own to locate and flush game.   As retreivers they push through thick cover of any kind.

They have become a popular family pet as they love to be around people, good with children and good with other dogs.
