 The smart and crafty Arctic Fox knows, when conditions are harsh, he must prepare, take care and seek sustenance. His wisdom teaches us to do the same, to look after ourselves when we are confronted with what may seem like a bleak grim picture. This animal reminds us that we should put our wellbeing first to prepare us and see us through with a determinded and even playful outlook.
