I have an image from way back in the day, by the lovely Lake Erie whom no longer plays. I am hoping to get it coded but it is a smaller image to work with.

I am not looking for tons of tabs or scrolls but something simple with clean css that will compliment the image. Please let me know if you can take this on, of course I would like to see examples before hand of your abilities. Willing to pay well for the right code. c:

Bumping - but also, (you may know this and I apologise if you do!) if you download the image from DA, it's 2000x1000px, so should be easier for coders to work with than the display size. Super pretty image! :)
