Hey everyone!

It’s that time again - we are looking for mods! As you may have noticed, our mod team has recently shrunk due to personal commitments and time concerns, so at the moment we have more admins than we do mods (!).

If you’re interested, please fill out the following application and send it to me on account #1 or email it to me at admin@horsephenomena.com. Then we will go over them all :). We’re not sure how many we will be adding, it just depends on the applications we get and how many we decide we need, and also we’re not sure at what point we will close them, but I will edit this post or make a new one when we do.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age, but also a legal adult in your place of residence (so in Nebraska where I live, it’s 19 to be the age of majority).

2. Must be upgraded!

3. We have no exact time guidelines, but we do have minimum activity requirements in order to be active enough to be a mod, so we will be providing any serious candidates with those so they are able to see what they are really committing to.

APPLICATION:

Name and HP Name (with ID):

Timezone:

Where are you from?

Are you at least 18 AND the age of majority in your place of residence?

Age?

Will you be willing to sign a legally binding non-disclosure agreement?

How long have you been actively playing HP?

Why do you think you would be a good mod?

Do you have any previous modding or management experience?

How often are you on HP and for how long are you on at one time?

Would you say that you are active in the HP community? Please elaborate!

Do you have AIM? (not required, but extremely, extremely useful)

Briefly describe your personality.

In your opinion, what does being a mod mean?

On HP we have guidelines for our mods for each punishment and rule, however, sometimes mods are required to use their best judgement. So please answer these questions to be best of your ability to let us know how you would handle issues on the game.

1. In a situation where there is a player behavior emergency and you're the only mod online, what would you do?

2. If a player is constantly disrespectful to you, and you cannot get through to them, how would you handle it?

3. If you find out that a player is breaking a rule, but you can't "prove it", what do you do?

4. If you warn a player, and they are very angry about the warning and not responsive about fixing the issue, how would you handle it?
