I am not sure if this has been suggested before, but I randomly just thought of this and had to share lol

What if we had a "Like" or "Heart" button on animal pages that players could click to show their love and appreciation for that animal?

I honestly don't know how I feel about this. I like how NOT social media this game is, and I think if we had things like that, it would just be too much like social media? And could cause a lot of the unhealthy emotions and thoughts for some players if their animals were not getting hearts or likes.....

The one thing I LOATHE about social media is all of the misconstrued validation that things like that cause/create. And how addicted and obsessed people can be over how many people liked their posts or picture, or whatever it is. And that can lead to depression and people being very upset that their thing didn't get as many likes as they feel it should have.

I agree with moorf. Not sure what the purpose of having likes/hearts for animals on here would be.

I'm not a fan either for reasons similar to Moorf. It also wouldn't be legit as people would probably sell likes (as I'm assuming it would be per account so similar to club voting) to other players which diminishes the purpose.

I agree with all the comments as above. And as much as I *hate* to admit this to myself, if I worked really hard on one of my horses and it didn't get many "likes" it would affect me, even though I would say it didn't!

It's an interesting idea, but I'd have to agree with the others...I'm not sure what purpose it would serve, I like that we're not FB or IG, AND I have no idea how it would be programmed lol.
