October Breed Spotlight

Night-Mares, Zombie Paints, Alien Jackals and Halloweenies are our Breed Spotlights for October, and can be now found in the Store until Sunday, November 5th, before they will return to the Cash Shop for another year.

Want to learn more about them? Night-Mares were added for Hallowe'en 2014. They are described as being your worst horsey nightmare. Zombie Paints were added to HP in July 2018 at the begging of Siib #6784. They are an undead Paint. The Alien Jackal was added to HP in 2015. They are an alien type of canine that resembles a dog, but have quills on their back, from Riddick. Halloweenies were added for Hallowe'en 2014. They resemble a Dachshund with a penchant for costumes.

Hallowe'en Grab Bags

Want to get a surprise AND a bargain?
Well, then it sounds like you want to buy one of our Halloween Grab Bags!
They're are open for purchase between NOW and 12:00 pm HP time on Friday November 3rd!

All Halloween Grab Bags cost $5 USD, and contain 2-3 items roughly totaling $15 USD in value!

To purchase a Grab Bag please send $5 USD to payments@horsephenomena.com on PayPal (goods and services), and then message me (Blitz) on account (#1) with your Transaction ID and the email address attached to your Paypal account to claim your bag(s)!
* Limit of 3 per person. If you buy more than one, please send the payments together instead of separately.

You are also welcome to gift a grab bag to another player...please indicate if this is what you want to do in your message, and if you'd like a message to go along with your gift.

Please allow some time between purchase and receiving your Grab Bag.
I (Blitz) am doing all of these manually, so it may take awhile. Rest assured, though, I WILL get everyone's items handed out.

Disclaimer: The items are meant to be a fun surprise, and while their value will be taken into account, they are randomly assigned. There will be no refunds or exchanges if you don't like the items you got!

Our Annual Trick-or-Treating Event Is Finally Here!!!

From 12:00pm HP time Today until 12:00pm HP time on Wednesday November 1st, Pumpkins will be placed on players' pages waiting for you to find them.
Collect candy for a prize at the end!
(Hosting players should all have their pumpkins on their pages by 12:00pm HP time Today!)

There are 24 Jack-o-Lanterns to track down!
Plus one more hidden in a common area!
So 25 pumpkins & 25 Code Words/Candy to collect in total!
* Once you find a Jack-o-Lantern, make sure to read that individual Player's “Rules” and do what you need to so that you can obtain their Code Word/Piece of Candy. (Ex. Send a message, Solve a Riddle, Guess the...)
* Some may have their Code Word hidden within the layout on their page, in their player name, or in the name of an animal on that page, while others you will have to message them for it!
* If you cannot find their Code Word /Candy on their page you will have to send them a message asking for candy.
* Make sure no tab goes un-clicked or else something might get missed! D:

Trick-or-Treating will last until 12:00pm HP time on Wednesday November 1st!
Hosting players will start taking down their Jack-o-Lanterns after 12:00pm HP time on November 1st.
You will have until 12:00pm HP time on Thursday November 2nd to Message me BV (#22700) your completed Candy Listl!
This gives everyone a chance to respond to and receive messages!

This takes away from the fun of a scavenger hunt and away from players who did the activity on their own.
This means no candy list sharing, comparing notes, or directing to the pages where the Jack-o-Lanterns are!
Anyone caught cheating without Trick-or-Treating will not be awarded the event prizes.
This is an individual activity, not a let's share with the classroom one.

Message me BV (#22700) your FINAL list of Candy!
If you do not end up finding them all, that is completely okay, still send me your list when you are finished!
PLEASE DO NOT send each Code Word individually in separate messages!
Have a little notepad handy to help you keep track if need be before sending your completed list to me!
