Has anyone read the Witch and Wizard series by James Patterson? I got the books for Christmas and I'm about to start reading the first book.

Let me know how it is. I am really scared to attempt any more of his newer books at the moment. I jumped into the Michael Bennet novels and was highly disappointed in the writing. Witch and Wizard has been on my to read list for a long time, but I am scared to even attempt it at the moment. 

I've read some of his # books, like the 4th of July and the 2nd something....which was quite a few years ago, so I'm hoping it's the same author otherwise this is just awkward haha!
From what I remember he does a pretty good job with his writing and kept me on my toes reading.

^^ That is the same author, and that is Woman's Murder Club or something like that. His earlier works are amazing.
