I got one today! Does anyone else have one or have had one in the past?

No, I never have. Though it would be fun to do a HP Wreck This Journal event! :D 

what is it?

Basically it is this journal that tells you to do certain things on every page. For example: 

"Write one word over and over"

"Draw an endless line"

"Write or draw w/ your left hand"

"Poke holes in this page with a penci"

And so many others! :) 

I have watched waayyyyy too many videos about these on youtube. 
I really really wish I could deal - they look like so much fun! But.. I just couldn't do it - I like things in order, destruction doesn't work for me haha 

i got one for my friend's birthday one year. She loved it. It's kinda therapeutic to get to destroy something like that. Get out all the feels.

I've done a few of the pages so far and it's fun :). Not sure I can handle cracking the spine of the book quite yet, though.

I've seen one at one of our local stores.  I've thumbed through it every time I am there and they have it in!  It sounds like such a good stress reliever!
