I have a question about using the "enter all" option for training... I bought 16 store pairs and started their training all on the same day, I used enter all for all of them.  I have had them for two days and one of them is now at 36k, another is at 60k - that's such a drastic difference.  Is there a reason one of them did SO bad, both days?  Is it just kind of luck of the draw?  

If it matters, I did enter them in 80 shows the day I got them, so they started with 32k before gaining any points from shows.

Show placing is completely random, so one of the biggest factors of placing is how many animals are in the show that is entered. If there's only 2 other animals the lowest you could get is 3rd, but if there are 60, well, there are only 50 places. Does that help? :).

unfortunately, after you enter the shows, its all a matter of luck. They usually seem to equal out over time so usually no one is drastically behind the others (atleast from my experience)

That's what I thought - just wanted to make sure!  I do have another question... if I enter all of my horses in their 80 shows for the week and then during the week, one of them needs the vet and farrier, will their shows still run?  I'm assuming yes but I just want to double check!

That would be nice!  Never really thought about it before.  :)

Your horses will get more points during the week if you enter them in shows every 2 days.  The sooner to running you enter all shows, the chance of there being more shows, and more shows means the entrants are spread out futher and not so many horses are in each show. ☺
