Now that I am trying to get more active, I have been looking at some players pages, and I noticed that SO many of us have been playing from the beginning. I know they are some newer, very active people but soooooo many of us are 30 and I find that so awesome that we haven't let our love for this game die. No matter how old we are. I don't think you ever really grow up if you dont want too in this sense. Being over 30 now I realize I can still be a kid in some aspects and I love it. Even though keeping up with all the stuff in this game takes some scheduling sometimes lol!

If you feel like replying something maybe tell me when you started playing? And/Or what is your favorite/least favorite thing to do on here? 

My favorite thing is doing all the puzzles in the clubs and weekly games! I dont think I really have a least favorite. I have been playing since 2010 and was on HL well before that.

I started playing 15years ago...i have 24 when i started playing.  Almost 40 now... kinda nice to still have a game that has been around for sooooo long when others have gone away.  I recently just came back and i wish i never left to begin with.   but my favourite thing is the puzzles and points awarded

I've had this account since 2017, but I played before under different names and on HL. This account was when I got focused and actually actively played,trained,etc. 

I'm turning 30 on Saturday and definitely not leaving HP any time soon 😜 yall are stuck with me! 

My fave thing is the events! I think mascot and blitz's word search are my top 2 that I always look forward to!

I found this site a year or two ago while looking to see if the original I think called horseland? was still around. I started playing that when I was 12 or 13 

I hate training horses, I love long and FULL lines!

I joined in 2009 and began playing off and on over the years. I started college not long after joining and I was too busy just enjoying everything. I did not stay very active and for years afterward I logged in here and there but work/lifestyle kept me too busy (also not having internet besides on my phone). I've really settled back into the game within the last year or so and I would say 'hit my stride' during that time. I've finally started to really branch out and create friendships with people through the game and it has been a joy. 
some of my favorite things on the game are looking at the amazing graphics and coding everyone creates! I just click through and view. I also do enjoy the puzzles and things while I listen to books/podcasts. 

Ooooo Tragedy I have to agree the graphics have come so far and they are amazing! And the coding is just unreal at this point!

Fantasy I love seeing people who have stuck around so long even into the adult life and yes I love getting points!

Saturnia I get it, this was my "original" account that I shared with someone, I think their name was papillon ? I'm not sure what happened to them though.

Georgia, a new comer (sorta) I also love long lines, that is my goal for my horses, and a FULL line is my goal for my supernatural line!

My page says I created my account in Feb of 2010, but I know I didn't really start actively playing the game until over a year late in Sept 2011 when I began my MFT lines. I know I had originally checked the game out when I saw people posting about it in their names on HL when it was dying off.

Honestly, the best thing about the game is the community and the amazing friendships I have come to have with people over the years, to the point that I even had HP friends attending [and watching] my wedding. It still brings me to tears to think about it, 🥹 and my husband and family still marvels over the fact that my "online friends" that I had never met came to my wedding haha. xD It's such a special, tight relationship that is hard to explain to others that have never experienced it. ♥

original account was from 2019, so about then! I think I joined up a long time beforehand but never really got into the game until 2019, then had a hiatus until 2 year ago :D

14 years here at HP. Including HL? Man, that's probably close to 20 years playing equine SIMs. I was around 12 then. How time flies (and freaks me out).

I only joined HP in 2020. The pandemic had me feeling nostalgia for HorseLand, so I went to see if it still existed (spoiler, it didn't) and through Reddit I found HP! I played HL off and on from like 2006-2014. I wish I could make friends with folks, but I'm too gosh darn shy to really initiate conversations haha.

@Buoy i get being shy, being behind a screen helps for me though. Also, i had something similar, i started my account way back when and I actually refound it randomly back in like 2018 and I have been on and off since. 

I started in 2009!  I think my favorite thing is basically everyone that plays!  I do think about it time to time, that if it wasn't for HP and HL I would not have been doing graphics!  It's become a hobby of mine to get lost in photoshop.

@amberellie I would love to get into graphics and coding more, I am trying to learn but i get distracted lol

Joined in 2010 after migrating from HL, played on and off for many years, but came back full time in 2018. 
I love puzzles, graphics and training. I just wish I had more time right now to do all three :(

I am really enjoying being on here, but its starting to get a little intimidating as i don't know how to code or make graphics,  Im really shy as well - having ADHD makes it hard to have friendships.  But its still a fun game. The puzzles and games are so awesome

@Fantasy, I totally understand that but i know most of the people on here that do code are super helpful. Obviously they may not have time to completely train you but I know I have asked a few of them questions and they are always have to help! I also like to pick apart the layouts I have and test out what happens with stuff, that is just how I learn best.

As far as graphics, not sure if you are aware but theres a free online program called photopea that you could try if you just wanted to play around with it!
