I thought we could start HP's very first book club.  I just starting reading fantasy romance...finished Fourth Wing a week ago.  (im very late to the party on that one)  but thought other HPers would have read it and we could talk about different fantasy books...Romantasy, Paranormal romance, Young Adult Fantasy, and everything Booktok famous. 

Books i have read since October include:  Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros, Dragons Kiss by E.A Winters, and Dragonmark by Sherrilyn Kenyon.

I'm reading Onyx Storm on my kindle! 

I was able to get Onyx Storm at my B&N yesterday, they had only had 5 books left when I walked in at noon time lol 

I'm not sure if I should reread Iron Flame before jumping into the book,  I've been trying to avoid the spoilers on Tiktok

I had orginally bought Onyx Storm on Amazon but they were going to deliver it next week or something 
so i canceledit and bought at Indigo, I aslo bought When the moon hachted with the pretty blue sprayed edges.

When the Moon Hatched was a slow read for me, but I loved it, I'm jealous you got one with sprayed edges!  I bought 3 other books with Onyx Storm, and they were A Dawn of Onyx by Kate Golden, The Keeper of Stars by Buck Turner and Her Soul to Take by Harley Laroux,  I think the last book is a Dark Romance, but the book was gorgeous with the spray edges lol 

If you want to know why I chose this username is because the location in this fantasy romance is called Delphic Seaport. I will include a link to the first book, but I will summarize the series without spoiling. A girl falls in love with a fallen angel. The main character, Nora, is extremely lovable. Her interest in Patch (I do not like his name) is very alluring. The lore is fantastic. The description is so good that you can actually visualize the characters and settings. It's very well-written. It is a YA. I might have to read it again because it's been over a decade since I read it. I loved it enough to name my HP identity after it.

I did not survived Onyx Storm! I'm sad we have to wait like 2 years now for the next book

I am unsure if i want to read it now lol i think i might wait for the next one lol But at least i have the special edition.  Need the special hardcover edition of Fourth Wing and Iron Flame

If anyone is looking for some phenomenal fantasy/sci fi literature, I cannot recommend the Shadows of the Apt Series by Adrian Tchaikovsky ENOUGH.
Beautifully written, not saturated with contemporary shock-value romance tropes and has some of the most original storytelling and world building I've encountered in a veeeery long time. 10/10!
