My dog ignores me

Nora, my rescued doberman mix, does not respond whatsoever when I say her name unless it's to stop her from stealing food off of the table. I can call, "Nora, come see mama!" and she doesn't respond at all. When my husband or son does it, she listens. Her ears don't even perk up when I say it and she doesn't look at me. She straight up ignores me unless I say I'm saying it to tell her no to something. "Nora, no!" Stern, firm voice, not a raised voice. I don't yell at her.
My husband and any child in the world are her favorite humans. She loves kids.

For context, Chuck was considered "my dog" because he and I had such a close bond. After he died, I have been trying my hardest to develop a stronger bond with Nora. She just isn't really interested in me. It seems like she knew Chuck was "my favorite" and maybe that's why she ignores me? I don't know. I have always shown her lots of love, but I will admit I gave more attention to Chuck than I did to her. However, I've had her since she was a puppy and I'm the one that's home with her while my husband works and my son is at school. She's always had an issue ignoring me even since her puppyhood. She did come from the Humane Society on a protection order after her previous owner was arrested, so I don't know a lot about her history prior to us adopting her when she was around 4-6 months old. That was almost 4 years ago.

She's very well-behaved overall and I know it's not her hearing. She hears just fine. I just want her to come to me when I call her for cuddles. She has been tricky to train over the years because she isn't very food motivated. We just give her lots of praise and try to give her a treat for it, but she doesn't always take the treat. How do I fix it? I honestly take it personally that she doesn't come to me or acknowledge me when I say her name, especially when she comes running to my man when he says her name.
