Reminder about Double Tickets

As Mascot season is one again on the horizon, I am doing this pre-emptive news post reminder regarding buying double sets of tickets, as every year I get flooded with messages with issues surrounding them during the contest and it becomes a huge hassle to sort out.

There are two main components you need to pay attention to when buying double sets of tickets:

1) Make sure expiry date on your page says 0000-00-00 before buying your double set from the cash shop!

The cash shop and page dates don't always align due to the way they are programmed. If your page doesn't say 0000-00-00 when you go to buy tickets, it will not give you double, it will give you a single set.

2) Make sure you let the pages cycle through after you click BUY! in the Cash Shop for double ticket purchasing!

Once you click BUY!, it first takes you to the Cash Shop page with a message at the top, then cycles through to the Store, then finishes on your Edit Profile page. Once you see that page, it has fully processed. If you click away from the page before it has cycled through (including doing stuff on another HP tab on your browser!) it will not fully process and you won't receive you double sets of tickets.

Please follow the above guidelines when buying double sets. With the number of players purchasing double sets, if you do not follow the above guidelines and it doesn't award you the 150, it is an additional hassle to me to manually fix it all.
