I read lots of posts but did not find anything about this - how much can you expect to get a week from public shows? I am trying to budget how many friesans I can actually train!

It can vary a lot depending on when you set your shows to run. If you set them to run in 2 days then they'll have less entrants than if you had maybe set them to run in 12 days. I always set mine to run 10-14 days to generate as much income as possible from them. This is just for public shows. 

Actual numbers I have no idea. Fingers crossed someone comes along and can give some figures soon!

I think from my own spare accounts, I usually get around 900k-1mil for all 4 public shows with them being upgraded, per week at the most :) 

I've also requested your horse tickets, the money from those can help you out too with training! 
If you train from lowest fee first the lowest is usually 150 entry fee, might help spread out the money a bit more for you.

Definitely go through the clubs and participate in the quizzes, puzzles and other activities they host. I run Bookworms Anonymous and you can get up to 6mill this month from completing a few simple things :) Good luck!

Another thing for hpd that I think people forget about, if you have the patience, is tetrimino! It's under the community tab, then click on games.  You can send your score I think 3 times per day, and it does yield some extra monies!  I've never tried to calculate how much, but something is sometimes better than nothing!

Tetrimino takes 5 E V E R to play through, so you need time as well as patience. If you get enough points, you can earn in the region of 1m, so potential ~3m per day.

I tried....I do not have patience for tetrimino xD

You can also offer services like training for others who are too busy to enter an accept private shows for their horses.
